All our prints are shipped with insurance, so in the event of damage, you will always receive a replacement free of charge! To expedite this process, we ask you to send an email to order@picfee.com, including a photo of the packaging and a photo of the damage to the print. One of our support specialists will personally contact you within 48 hours to assist you in getting a new copy as quickly as possible.
