Absolutely! As an artist, you can order prints for yourself, and we even offer a discount on self-orders to ensure you never overpay. Simply place your own print order quickly and easily through the single order option in your personal Picfee account. If you have any questions or special requests, we're here to help. Send an email to order@picfee.com, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. Shortly after placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation and invoice. Once paid, our print specialists will promptly handle your order. You can also offset these costs with your fee from other orders.

Your membership as an artist/photographer with Picfee is completely free. Because when someone buys a Picfee wall decoration product with art of yours, you receive a fair fee, we take care of the rest and also receive a fair share of the income for this, namely half of the profit. This keeps everything neatly balanced.

At Picfee, we are working towards a world where Artists always receive fair remuneration for their work. After all, without you, there are no images. And this should be rewarded a little better. In addition, you can join our ever-growing community and receive tips and tricks from us to show your images to even more people. We prioritize ensuring that, regardless of the size, we incorporate sharp images into our artworks. Therefore, please upload files that are at least 5MB. Additionally, it's crucial to consider the following:

The shortest side should have a minimum of 2500 pixels
The photo should not include logos, watermarks, and/or self-created borders
For optimal results, we recommend using the Adobe RGB 1998 color profile

For orders of up to 10 prints, we will send an invoice/quote. Once this is paid, our print specialists will start working on your print(s) almost immediately. For larger quantities/projects, we also offer the option of 75% upfront and 25% upon completion. This way, we both have clear expectations.

How do I create an account with Picfee as a visitor?

As a visitor you can easily create an account when ordering. When you create an account, you can easily manage all your personal information and have an overview of your favorite images and your purchases.

Is my personal information safe on Picfee?

Yes, we ensure the privacy of your data. Our security measures protect your personal information from unauthorized access.

How do I change my password?

Upon registration, you will automatically receive an e-mail containing a link to confirm your account. Once you have done this, you can easily change your personal password in your account. If you forget your password, you can easily request a new one under my account.

How can I change my login e-mail address?

In your personal account, you can easily change all your personal data. After changing your e-mail address, you will receive a confirmation on your new e-mail address. Until you have confirmed this, your old e-mail address will remain valid. So if you accidentally make a mistake, you can easily enter another e-mail address.

How do I place an order on Picfee?

To place an order, navigate to the desired image, choose your preferred material, select the desired dimensions, opt for a suitable finish, and/or add a frame. Follow the simple steps during the checkout process.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

If, after completing the payment, you realize that you have clicked/filled in something incorrectly, please contact us immediately. Often, we can still make adjustments and/or complete your desired order through a separate invoice. Depending on the timing of the order, it may be that we are unable to make changes. In short, it is important to act quickly so that we can still make adjustments.

How do I track the status of my order?

As soon as we are finished with your artwork(s) we will send you an update. Shortly after that, you will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped. Use this information to easily track your package.

How can I contact customer service?

What is the delivery time for my order?

99% of our prints are shipped within 10 working days. However, the exact delivery time may vary. For example, if you have ordered a handmade frame, you should allow for a maximum of 10 working days. If you only order an image on photo paper, you can take into account 4 working days. Depending on traffic, your location and the size of your print(s), this may vary.

Can I add my own watermark to my art?

No, when our customers order artwork with your image, they pay you a fair fee for it. To avoid inconveniences and surprises, we would like to ask you to upload your image(s) without watermarks. If you do upload watermarked image(s), we may delete them.
