You will always receive a track & trace code when your order is dispatched. This allows you to track your order from the moment it leaves our door* The delivery service almost always has a 6-hour window. This is not always convenient, but no worries. If you are just then not present, they almost always deliver our prints to one of your neighbours.
*During holidays or other peak times the delivery time may vary, unfortunately we cannot always influence this.

As a visitor you can easily create an account when ordering. When you create an account, you can easily manage all your personal information and have an overview of your favorite images and your purchases.
Upon registration, you will automatically receive an e-mail containing a link to confirm your account. Once you have done this, you can easily change your personal password in your account. If you forget your password, you can easily request a new one under my account.
In your personal account, you can easily change all your personal data. After changing your e-mail address, you will receive a confirmation on your new e-mail address. Until you have confirmed this, your old e-mail address will remain valid. So if you accidentally make a mistake, you can easily enter another e-mail address.
