With a 99% chance of receiving a Picfee print in perfect condition, the likelihood of this happening is incredibly low. However, accidents can still occur. All our prints are shipped with insurance, so in the event of damage, you will always receive a replacement free of charge! To expedite this process, we ask you to send an email to order@picfee.com, including a photo of the packaging and a photo of the damage to the print. One of our support specialists will personally contact you within 48 hours to assist you in getting a new copy as quickly as possible.

How do I change my password?
Upon registration, you will automatically receive an e-mail containing a link to confirm your account. Once you have done this, you can easily change your personal password in your account. If you forget your password, you can easily request a new one under my account.
How can I change my login e-mail address?
In your personal account, you can easily change all your personal data. After changing your e-mail address, you will receive a confirmation on your new e-mail address. Until you have confirmed this, your old e-mail address will remain valid. So if you accidentally make a mistake, you can easily enter another e-mail address.

What is the delivery time for my order?
99% of our prints are shipped within 10 working days. However, the exact delivery time may vary. For example, if you have ordered a handmade frame, you should allow for a maximum of 10 working days. If you only order an image on photo paper, you can take into account 4 working days. Depending on traffic, your location and the size of your print(s), this may vary.
